I have set up COC with a nice set of mods and edited the thing to suit the playthrough I want. But I have a couple of questions about the mod in general for people who might have played and know. Firstly when it comes to the quests (i have the docx addon), and traders, are any of the factions at an advantage, or get better overall access to merchants etc? Do all the faction home bases have the. Hal’s Traders Overhauled (HTO) Check Out This Mod. Many SoC fans felt that the trading system was one of the biggest areas of improvement for the game. Hal’s Traders Overhauled gives the trading much more depth and realism – making each trader unique.
